To make my initial
idea more interesting I would use the recording studio to get the most out of
it, for instance I would have them setting up, getting the tracks together and
laying them down, they could be messing around maybe drinking being typical ‘lads’
having a good tine.
This would make it more interesting. I would also have them
in quirky masks and costumes as they are walking down the street towards the
bar/club. I would focus it on them walking down the street at dusk all dressed
up having a good time and less in the bar as it would be difficult to make it
look realistic and professional. However to change it up I would have a visual
all white room with one guy and a karaoke machine in the centre, it wouldn’t be
‘normal’ it would be more fantasy and quirky. The over the top modern art look
would really pop and stand out to the viewers as being different and almost out
of this world. This would leave me with three elements making the music video
more fascinating to watch and improving it from my initial idea.
