Feedback from our Treatment

Having received feedback for Idea 1, I have written down the constructive criticism that we were given. 

Neon Ball: We don’t know how to create the neon ball, however we discussed with the use of after effects we will be able to make it look better in the video and more creative. Having received our feedback we also realised if we want the silhouette ball to spin in terms of practicality, turning the image of the ball, means you won’t get it all black. We then thought of the possibility of building an interactive tube, however we need to discuss this in further detail. The main issue for the ball is cost and practicality that may be an issue.

Screens: There is not enough room in the studio for all three screens, as we initially wanted, therefore we will need to use one screen and put them together in postproduction.

Dance: The dance was a good idea, however we need to be very careful in casting and choose girls who are confident, and sassy enough to be able to pull of the look we are going for. We decided we would have to do screen tests before shoot day so that we have an idea of our performers ability and look.

Silhouette Circle – We need to make it bigger so the female has room to be more interactive with it as to build it will cost a lot therefore we want to be making the most of it in the music video.
