Organising our photo shoot for album artwork

We have started to put together and organise our artist and a make-up artist to create as similar look as possible to our shoot day. We want to capture her in the same white skirt and top she wore for one of the elements of our music video. The idea is this will keep our campaign closely linked together by incorporating similar elements such as the costume and similar make-up and hair. We want our target audience to be able to recognise the unique style of R&B and the appearance of our artist in it. 


I have emailed our artist, and we are currently looking for a good location to use for our shoot, such as the photography studio where we may be able to borrow a camera and use a black screen to shoot our artist.
