Set Design - Why and what are we picturing

We want it to look like an old recently deserted factory. This should help set the scene which is really important when filming an opening as you only have a short time to get across the atmosphere you want to the audience. 

We decided building a set would make our opening appear more realistic and make our scene look as professional as possible.
